Thanks to our collaborator Simone, while we were playing Lies Of P together, we noticed something interesting. During the replay of the first boss fight, Mr. Simone Mazzi observed the language used by the Puppets. In particular, in comparison to the boss called the Parade Master, Simone didn’t initially understand the meaning of those words but started analyzing them during the subsequent boss phases. In the end, he had an epiphany: that language was nothing more than a form of “corrupted” or “blurry” English.
Boss fight Parade Master translation:
When you die:
– How he shall be happy. Now, off to own toy land…
Returning to the boss fight:
– Oh, the king is celebrating!
Entering the second phase, he’ll grab a stick, being a master, and he’ll smack you with it since you’re Bad Children.
– Bad children get the stick!
Returning to the boss fight once defeated:
– Finally. A guest is here! Kick this party into a gear!
Entering the second phase again:
– What a lot of balderdash!
Once the boss is defeated:
– You could’ve given the king a real festival…
